Following the opening of the new Regional Office of CloudTech in Singapore, the Extended Territory Program was launched as a symbiotic approach to cultivate new market opportunities in the region through identified strategic territory partners.The program is set to build, equip and enable businesses (Extended Territory Partners) in focused markets of CloudTech to participate in the sales, presales and project management activities of Cloudtech, in their respective territory/industry of influence or expertise.
Furthermore, this program is designed to enhance service excellence aimed to consequently result to enhanced customer satisfaction. Through Extended Territory Partners, the approach to sales, presales and implementation of NetSuite by CloudTech will be localized, thus, making product value directly translatable to the local market.
CloudTech will be in aggressive partner-building and enablement activities for Malaysia for the first quarter of 2015. Partner building for other geographies will follow, thereafter.
