CloudTech LAUNCHPAD for Professional Services

No stock or warehouse? You still have inventory: your billable hours.

If your business sells hours, your people's time is your inventory. LAUNCHPAD gets you live on NetSuite in about six weeks, so the hours your team works become invoices, and invoices become cash.

The daily reality

Do these sound familiar?

01

Timesheets get filled in on Friday, from memory.

02

Billing waits for month-end because the data sits in three spreadsheets.

03

Retainers keep absorbing "just one more" request.

04

Your receivables report lives in one person's head.

05

You find out which clients were profitable at year-end, if ever.

06

BIR prep means a week of pulling records together.

Every one of these is an hour that expired.

A different way to see it

No warehouse doesn't mean no inventory.

ERP is usually sold with forklifts and SKUs, so services firms assume it isn't for them. But a services firm carries the most perishable inventory in business: time. A distributor's stock can wait on a shelf. An hour your team worked and never billed can't.

Billable time is your most valuable asset—and your most perishable.

Find the gaps

Your hours leak in three places.

01

Capture

Worked, but never recorded

Calls, revisions, site visits and overtime that never reach a timesheet.

02

Convert

Recorded, but billed late—or never

Every day between work done and invoice sent, you're financing your client.

03

Collect

Billed, but cash is slow to come back

No live view of who owes what, or who always pays late.

The blind spot

Without one system connecting hours paid and hours billed, you can't see which clients and service lines make money.

The LAUNCHPAD approach

Start with the books. Add the hours. Scale the firm.

LAUNCHPAD is CloudTech's phased way to start on Oracle NetSuite. Begin with a pre-built Foundation phase, then grow when the business is ready.

Phase What it covers
02

Expansion

Additional modules and workflows, such as project and time tracking. Customizations for your billing models.

03

Scale

Integrations with third-party systems such as payroll and HR. Additional companies. More workflows.

Invest in phases. ROI starts at Week 6.

    Good questions

    Before we talk.

Everything you need to know about getting started with LAUNCHPAD.

Is NetSuite too big for a firm our size?

Phase 1 starts with 3 to 5 users and core financials. You add users and modules as you grow.

We already use accounting software. Why would we need ERP?

When invoices, hours and receivables live in different places, the leaks sit in between. The Assessment shows whether moving now makes sense for you.

    Is six weeks realistic?

Foundation is pre-built for the Philippine mid-market, so much of the setup is already done. Phase 1 typically runs six to eight weeks, depending on your setup and delivery model.

    How much does it cost?

It depends on your scope, and investment is spread across phases, so your upfront commitment is lower. You'll get a scoped estimate after the Assessment.

    What happens after the Assessment?

You receive a written summary. If LAUNCHPAD fits, we'll show you a demo built around your billing model, then a proposal. There's no obligation at any point.

    Does LAUNCHPAD cover BIR EIS?

Yes. EIS and CAS requirements are built into Foundation. If you're already on NetSuite and only need EIS, ask us about EISync.

We have several companies or branches. Does that work?

Yes. Additional companies come in the Scale phase, and the Assessment will map how to get there.
